Project Development Attorney / 4-6 years / Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C.
A highly ranked national law firm is seeking a Project Development Attorney with 4-6 years relevant experience to join their practice group in Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of project development experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions; strong drafting and negotiating skills; teamwork skills; and, the ability to independently manage some components of deals. This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national project development practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. The teams are structured to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state that they practice. The salary range for this position is $275,000 – $330,000, dependent on years of experience.
