Litigation Attorney / 3-4 yrs. / San Diego
A global AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-4 years of commercial litigation experience (contractual and employment disputes, fraud and other business torts, trade secrets, and corporate governance disputes) to join their team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have trial/arbitration experience, depositions, drafting and arguing litigation motions such as summary judgement motions, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar. The pay range for this position is $250,000 to 370,000.
