Litigation Associate / 3–5 Years / McLean, VA


💰 Starting Salary: $225,000 – $285,000 + bonus & excellent benefits

A leading Am Law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Northern Virginia office.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with experience handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters, including drafting dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and class certification briefing in both state and federal courts. Candidates with deposition, hearing, trial, or judicial clerkship experience are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications include:
✔️ 3–5 years of complex litigation experience
✔️ Strong legal research and persuasive writing skills
✔️ Experience with motions to dismiss, summary judgment, appeals, and class actions
✔️ Virginia Bar admission required
✔️ Trial, deposition, and/or judicial clerkship experience preferred
