A prominent national practice is seeking a Securities & Capital Markets Associate (3–5 years) to join its team in multiple major markets. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong transactional experience handling sophisticated securities, capital markets, and corporate transactions.

Candidates should have experience with:

  • Debt and equity offerings
  • SEC reporting and compliance
  • Public company matters
  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Capital markets transactions and corporate governance work

Attorneys will gain substantial client contact, work directly with experienced deal teams, and handle sophisticated transactions for a diverse national client base.
