💰Starting Compensation Range: $240,000–$320,000

A sophisticated Midwest litigation practice is seeking a Creditor’s Rights Litigation Associate (3–5 years) to join a highly respected team handling complex commercial disputes, bankruptcy matters, and secured creditor representations.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Creditor’s rights litigation and bankruptcy matters
  • Commercial loan enforcement and collateral recovery
  • Motion practice, discovery, court appearances, and settlement negotiations
  • UCC-related disputes and commercial finance matters
  • Strong drafting, case management, and client-facing skills
