💰Starting Salary: $200,000–$345,000 + Bonus Eligible

We’re working with a highly regarded practice seeking an experienced attorney to advise clients on complex commercial agreements and regulatory matters within the health care and pharmacy benefits space.

This leadership role includes direct client interaction, contract negotiations, strategic counseling, and oversight of sophisticated transactional matters involving managed care organizations and related service providers.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Strong background in health care transactions or managed care
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships and deal workflow
  • Exceptional drafting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Admission (or eligibility) in New York or Washington, DC
