In-House Litigation Opportunity | Corporate Counsel – West Palm Beach, FL

Our client, a nationally recognized industry leader, is seeking a Litigation Counsel to join its legal team in West Palm Beach and play a key role advising business leadership while managing a broad range of litigation matters across the United States.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation attorney looking to transition into—or continue growing within—an in-house legal department while partnering directly with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience with a law firm
  • State and federal court experience
  • Experience in labor & employment, commercial litigation, and/or personal injury defense
  • Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing outside counsel and handling complex litigation strategy
  • Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice

Additional experience in transportation law, regulatory compliance, government investigations, environmental matters, class actions, construction litigation, insurance coverage, or antitrust is a plus.
