💰 Starting Salary: $260,000–$390,000

A highly regarded corporate practice is seeking an attorney with experience advising high-growth companies and investors throughout the business lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to work on venture financings, strategic transactions, corporate governance matters, and M&A while partnering with innovative businesses from early-stage growth through exit.

Ideal candidates will have:
✔️ 3+ years of experience representing emerging companies and investors
✔️ Venture financing and corporate transactional experience
✔️ Exposure to mergers & acquisitions and day-to-day corporate counseling
✔️ Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills
✔️ Massachusetts Bar admission (or eligibility)
