A top ranked law firm is seeking Debt Finance Attorneys with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience for to join its group in either Atlanta, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, New York or Orlando. Qualified candidates must be familiar with negotiating, structuring and documenting debt finance transactions. Experience representing private equity sponsors or their portfolio companies, or lenders providing financing to such entities, in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions is preferred. Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school), along with excellent writing and analytical skills, and be a member of the relevant jurisdiction depending on office location.
