Corporate Securities Associate / San Francisco
An international law firm’s San Francisco office is looking for an experienced securities associate who has significant investment management experience to join their financial services practice. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of experience advising on matters under the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act, and the related state and federal securities and commodities laws. Experience in some or all of advising private fund managers or publicly registered funds, drafting or reviewing private offering materials or public registration statements, and interacting with state and federal regulators, is required. This position is ideal for an associate who is a self-starter and seeks direct client contact. All candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, analytical, writing and verbal skills. Admittance to the California Bar is preferred.
