The Washington, DC office of an AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience originating commercial mortgage loans on behalf of bank and non-bank lenders, with an emphasis on non-recourse loans for capital markets securitizations. Experience originating bridge loans is a plus. Ideal candidate must be able to run deals with minimal supervision.
