Real Estate Attorney / Los Angeles
A top 100 U.S. law firm is seeking an associate with 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance (mortgage loans, construction loans, mezzanine financing, and/or preferred equity), acquisition and sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate diligence including title and survey, management agreements, brokerage agreements), and leasing (preferably office and retail leasing). The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to run transactions independently and as part of a team. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of California.
