If you have experience with any of the following, we want to hear from you: finance, consumer finance, appellate, class action, patent, copyright, trademark, intellectual property, arbitration, cross-border, international, banking, real estate, patent litigation, leasing, insurance, labor, employment, wage and hour, civil, complex, sanctions, customs, trade, compliance, and/or regulatory. Qualified candidates should have strong drafting and organizational skills, as well as excellent academics. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and typically must be a member of the State Bar at position location or have the ability to promptly obtain admission (there are exceptions).
