A Global 100 law firm is seeking an associate with at least three to five years of patent litigation experience and a person ready to assume substantial responsibility for patent claim construction, invalidity, and infringement analysis, as well as discovery, pleadings, and motion practice. Experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings is highly desired. California State Bar admission is required. USPTO admission and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or substantial experience litigating matters in these or similar disciplines, are highly desired.
