Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney / 3+ yrs. / Fresno
A top ranked law firm has an immediate need for an attorney with at least three years’ experience in trust and estate litigation, or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation, to join its growing Fresno group. The position involves representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. California Bar membership required. Salary range for this role is currently $125,000-135,000.
