Corporate Attorney / 3+ yrs. / Atlanta
A nationally recognized Corporate Group is seeking a Corporate Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in M&A, venture capital collaborations, and licensing, particularly in the life sciences industry, to join them in Atlanta. The work is sophisticated, and attorneys are exposed to client interaction as well as given responsibilities early on. Attorneys should have experience in M&A, venture capital work, licensing, joint development agreements as well as a background in life sciences (pharma, biotechnology, medical devices, Medtech). In addition, attorneys should possess strong academics, have excellent communication skills, be willing to take the lead, and be willing to work the hours of a high paced busy global practice.
