Securities and Financial Services Attorney / New York or D.C.
The Financial Institutions practice group in a leading, full-service international law firm is seeking an experienced associate with two to four years of post-JD experience in bank regulatory work. The position may be filled in New York or Washington, DC. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Familiarity with federal banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, the Federal Reserve Act, and Regulations Y, K, W, and O.
- Demonstrated experience advising on supervisory matters, transactions, or enforcement actions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
