A global law firm has an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level attorney to join the Minneapolis section of their nationally recognized Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of general restructuring and bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate will have experience appearing in court, drafting pleadings, and drafting transactional documents. Candidates can expect to work on restructuring matters across many market sectors throughout the country. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a wide variety of industries across the country.
