Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney / 5-8 yrs. / New York
A top ranked, multinational law firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join their group in New York. Experience representing sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with internal and external specialists required. Additional experience managing deal teams is a plus. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. The clients include public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies; boards of directors; shareholders; and individual investors. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $225,000 to $415,000.
