Commercial and Restructuring Litigation Attorney / 2-6 yrs. / New York
An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a Commercial and Restructuring Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their group in New York. commercial litigation experience, including experience in restructuring litigation. Candidate must have experience handling litigation in federal district and bankruptcy courts, as well as state courts, including NY and Delaware. Candidate must have experience with all aspects of commercial and restructuring litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals, and have strong research and writing skills. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. This position is required to be available to work in person. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $225,000 to $415,000.
