Litigation Attorney / Tampa
The Tampa office of a top ranked global law firm is seeking an attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a national-caliber, high-stakes, litigation and trial practice, which includes environmental & toxic tort, white-collar, and complex commercial cases. Candidates must have:
- graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class;
- been on the law review, moot court, or trial team;
- strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues;
- the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team and, be highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- been admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future; and,
- served or are currently serving as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge.
