Corporate Attorney / Ft. Lauderdale
An expanding national law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3 + years of experience to join their team in Ft. Lauderdale. The hired candidate must have experience handling mergers and acquisitions on the buy and sell side, securities law, business formation matters, corporate governance and contract matters. Private equity experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must possess the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork. Florida Bar and strong academic credentials required.
