Litigation Attorney / 10-12 yrs. / Atlanta
A highly ranked firm is looking for an attorney with 10 to 12 years of experience working in general commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, and class actions. This position requires prior law firm experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions, litigating insurance coverage and bad faith suits, along with: COVID-19 property claims, market cases, or class action litigation. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
