Litigation Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / Los Angeles
Seeking a qualified Litigation Attorney with 2-5 years of complex litigation work in a law firm setting to join a top tier law firm’s Los Angeles group. The ideal candidate for this hybrid position will have: strong experience and skills in all stages of litigation; an ability to learn new substantive legal topics; knowledge of federal and California state court practice, experience preparing answers, motions, and other filings; experience handling hearings and depositions; and, significant case management experience. Candidates must be familiar with and possess the ability to prepare basic and complex litigation documents; and also be familiar with federal and state court procedural rules and practices. A J.D. is required and candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California. The expected base salary range for Los Angeles based candidates in this position is $220,000 – $290,000.
