Corporate Attorney / 2-4 yrs. / Providence
A law firm with a solid reputation is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 2-4 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity to join their team in Providence. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines, and to work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associate and Support Staff. Qualified candidates must have a JD and be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Rhode Island. The expected base salary range for Providence based candidates in this position is $220,000 – $260,000.
