Labor & Employment Litigation Associates / 3-5 yrs. / Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach
A top ranked national law firm is seeking three Labor & Employment Litigation Associates with 3-5 years of defense experience to join their team in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach. Employment counseling and litigation experience (before federal & state courts and government agencies) is required, together with excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidates should have experience with counseling employers regarding labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment agreements and separation agreements, and managing employment-related litigation. This position can generally be performed remotely, but Associates will occasionally be asked to work in and/or attend team building events in the office. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
