Litigation (Defense) Attorney / 1-3 yrs. / Miami
A rapidly expanding global law firm is seeking a Litigation (Defense) Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join them in Miami. The Litigation Attorney will work on the defense of a variety of civil litigation matters, including general liability, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, construction, automotive accidents, and property damage claims – to name a few. The Litigation Attorney will also work on the defense of high-exposure product liability claims. The Litigation Attorney will gain hands-on experience and litigation skills as part of a busy and energetic team. This role offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule and would be open to candidates located in Miami.
