A very highly regarded global employment and labor law practice is seeking an attorney to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. The successful candidates must be licensed in New York and will have a minimum of 2 years of experience representing home health agencies in matters under New York and federal law, to include drafting policies, handbooks and onboarding documents.
