A highly regarded, international law firm is seeking an Income Tax Attorney with at least 4 years of experience working on a broad range of transactions, including corporate (M&A, private equity) and restructuring related tax work to join their internationally recognized group in their New York location. Strong academic credentials required. The starting salary range for this position is $345,000 – $415,000.
