Labor & Employment Attorney / Indianapolis or Philadelphia

An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join their Labor Management Relations team in either Indianapolis or Philadelphia.   Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of traditional labor law, including, but not limited to, prior first or second chair experience in labor arbitrations, prosecuting and defending unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, and union avoidance. Candidates must be proficient in labor law-related research, have excellent academic credentials, and have strong written and oral communications skills.
