IP Litigation Attorney / 3-6 yrs. / New York
The intellectual property practice of an Am Law 50 firm is seeking an IP litigation attorney with a background in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field and 3-6 years of experience to join their team in Irvine, CA. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. Preferred candidates will have strong writing skills, as well as substantive experience before the ITC, PTAB, and/or district courts. This practice group works together to represent companies large and small in protecting their intellectual property and defending them in intellectual property disputes. The group represents a wide range of clients that include Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, small businesses, universities, research foundations and government agencies. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $225,000 to $415,000.
