Capital Markets Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / New York
A top global law firm is seeking an Capital Markets Attorney with 2-5 years of legal experience in structured finance, including experience with purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financings, to join their New York office. The attorney hired for this position will be representing purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements and financing transactions. The attorney must have experience drafting and negotiating primary transaction documents and agreements; and, communicating with clients and transaction counterparties; working collaboratively to manage closings. This can be a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office, which offers a flexible approach to work schedules, combining remote and in-office work for enhanced productivity. Pursuant with New York law, the salary range for this position will be $225,000 to $345,000 based on experience.
