A highly regarded global law firm is seeking an Investment Management Attorney with 6+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate and venture capital. Regulatory/securities law experience (Investment Company Act, Securities Act, Investment Advisers Act) a plus. Candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to reach out. This position is open in Los Angeles or San Francisco and California bar admission is required.
