An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an Attorney to join one of the top ranking Investment Management Practice Groups in the country in either Chicago, New York, Philadelphia or Washington D.C. Seeking candidates with at least two years’ experience in the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related regulations. Candidates should have experience representing registered investment companies, private funds and investment advisers, including the preparation and review of registration statements and offering documents, board meeting materials, investment management agreements and related materials.
