An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of legal experience working on transactional matters in the insurance industry to join their Insurance practice group in either Chicago, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. This is a partnership-track associate position. Candidates must have the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently, the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision and also have excellent writing and analytical skills.
This group works with some of the nation’s largest insurance industry clients in their most important corporate and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, reinsurance, conversions, demutualizations and other restructuring transactions, as well as the regulatory overlays that accompany such matters The associates work directly with clients, engage meaningfully with insurance industry groups, and join business development opportunities in the early stages of their career.
