Immigration Attorney / Florida
A top ranked firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 6 years of business immigration experience for its Labor & Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as Provisional Waivers, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, J-1, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, PERM process, and audits of employees’ Employment Eligibility Verification (Forms I-9) by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and during investigations by the Department of Labor. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is preferred. Miami location is preferred; however, position may also be filled in Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Naples, Orlando or West Palm Beach. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
