Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney / 3-7 yrs. / New York
One of the largest national healthcare teams in the country is seeking a Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in New York. Specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience are the ideal. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required. Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York. Starting salary range: $225,000 – $400,000
