Health Care Litigation Attorney / 2+ yrs. / Chicago, Dallas, or Denver
A highly ranked national law firm is seeking a health care litigation attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join their team in Chicago, Dallas or Denver. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience and superb writing skills. The ideal candidate will also possess 2+ years of experience in health care litigation with a particular emphasis on False Claims Act matters. Strong persuasive writing experience, especially with drafting federal court pleadings and motions, is required. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated, high stakes matters with government regulators in the context of government investigations and related litigation. Particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow and support a nationally respected practice.
