Finance Associate / 3–5 Years / Houston, Dallas or Austin

💰Starting Salary: $260,000 – $310,000

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Finance Associate to join its sophisticated finance and banking practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex finance transactions alongside experienced deal teams with meaningful client interaction and mentorship.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
✔️ Leveraged finance
✔️ Fund finance
✔️ Commercial lending
✔️ Syndicated and bilateral credit facilities
✔️ Asset-based lending
✔️ Drafting and negotiating finance documents from origination through closing

Qualified candidates should have 3–5 years of transactional finance experience, exceptional drafting and analytical skills, and be licensed (or eligible for admission) in Texas.
