💰 Starting Salary: $235,000 – $310,000

We are assisting a top global law firm with an opportunity for a mid-level associate with 2–4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience with areas such as:

  • Healthcare regulatory and compliance counseling
  • Fraud and abuse matters
  • Privacy and data-related requirements
  • Licensing and reimbursement
  • Digital health
  • Regulatory diligence and transaction structuring
  • Healthcare-related private equity, M&A, and investment transactions

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a law firm setting is required. Government experience involving healthcare regulatory matters is a plus.
