Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney(s) / 4-10 yrs. / Palm Beach Gardens
A highly regarded law firm is currently seeking Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney(s) with 4-10 years’ experience to join their group in Palm Beach Gardens. Attorney(s) must have corporate transactional experience to include strong drafting and negotiating skills involving a variety of transactional documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements and corporate governance documents. Experience in data privacy and cybersecurity or experience with corporate tax or having an LLM in tax is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in Florida and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Salary commensurate with experience.
