Sr. Leasing Associate Attorney / 7+ yrs. / New York
A global law firm is seeking a Sr. Leasing Associate Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their nationally recognized Real Estate group in New York. Attorney must have extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail and industrial leases) from a well-known real estate firm. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, a willingness to accept responsibility and excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent compensation and opportunity for advancement. Must be admitted to NY bar. New York Bar membership required. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $345,000 – $450,000.
