A respected national law firm is seeking an associate with solid corporate experience to join their energetic and busy Corporate Commercial Transactions practice in Dallas. This associate will advise companies across a wide range of industries on a variety of matters, including procurement and disposition, distribution, technology and intellectual property, licensing, outsourcing of business processes, professional services and other related commercial transactions. The ideal candidate has corporate experience at a large law firm and typically bills at least 2000 hours. Strong academic credentials required.
