An international law firm recognized as an Am Law 50 firm is seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials and two to five years of corporate experience, preferably at a national law firm. This position will focus on private equity and mergers & acquisitions as well as work with emerging growth company clients, handle equity and fund formation, and work on corporate governance issues.
