Construction Litigation Attorney / 6+ yrs. / New York
A top ranked national law firm has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated construction litigation attorney with 6+ years of experience to join their Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in New York Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a requirement. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated experience in litigation involving commercial real estate, construction defect claims, construction delay claims, construction payment claims as well as litigation involving distressed loans and real estate, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability. Candidates must be licensed in New York and plan to work in office. New Jersey admission a plus. Law firm has not yet released salary information at this time except to assure that the position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
