Real Estate Attorney / 3-6 yrs. / Austin, Dallas or Houston
Seeking an Real Estate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a top ranked practice group in either Austin, Dallas, or Houston. Qualified candidates must have suitable experience in real estate and financing transactions involving office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. Candidates must also have experience drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, loan agreements, development related agreements, and property management agreements, among others. Strong writing and communication skills are required. The candidates must be comfortable with direct interaction with both partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing, and collaborative environment. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Texas Bar will be a condition of employment.
