Bankruptcy Associates / Atlanta
Seeking highly motivated candidates who thrive in a team-based environment and appreciate innovative thinking and collaboration to join a top tier firm’s Finance & Restructuring Group. This is an immediate opening for an associate with 1 to 5 years’ experience focused on business bankruptcy, workouts, and related creditors rights litigation. Additional experience with commercial finance or distressed M&A is a plus, but not required. The position will be based in Atlanta. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar. Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
