We are currently working on several searches for attorneys with experience in all phases of bankruptcy, including motion practice, discovery, trial experience, claims work, preference work, and workouts, receiverships, guaranty actions and trustee sales and knowledge or interest in federal and state litigation, including defensive and collection litigation work. Some have a preference for federal judicial clerkship experience.
