Construction Associate / New York
We are seeking a construction associate attorney to join a growing construction practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects in New York City, along with knowledge or understanding of insurance, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues. The position will be mostly transactional, but may involve construction litigation as well. Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with NY bar admission are required. An engineering, architect or construction management degree is desirable.
