A highly regarded New York practice is looking to add an associate with experience handling sophisticated financing matters and an interest in continuing to develop within a collaborative banking and finance practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience with one or more of the following:

• Syndicated lending
• Structured finance
• Project finance
• Equipment leasing
• Secured transactions
• Real estate finance

Experience representing both lenders and borrowers is particularly helpful.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys and clients across a broad range of transactions, while taking on increasing responsibility and developing a sophisticated transactional practice.

Strong academic credentials, excellent work ethic, and a genuine interest in advancing within the practice are important. New York bar admission is required.

The anticipated salary range is $215,000–$225,000, with the final offer dependent on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
